New releases in view: what the first week after launch actually tells you

What actually exists on day one
A new release usually enters the databases with four confirmed fields: title, studio, release date and, if the developer moved quickly, the RTP. Everything else is often still blank on the first day.
Money Tree Ultra Spin Prag by Popok-Gaming, released on 12 August 2026, is a complete case: 96.67 percent RTP, high volatility, a 10,000x maximum win. The same day brought LaLiga Grand Chance by Inspired-Gaming at 94.5 percent RTP, high volatility and a 6,609x maximum win.
What stands out is how unevenly the data lands on a single day. Two studios release at the same time; one supplies a full record, the other only a name. That says more about database upkeep than about the games.
Empty fields are information
Dead Man's Bullet by Skywind-Group, released 10 August 2026, carries 96.5 percent RTP but no volatility rating and no maximum win. That does not mean the game lacks them, only that they have not been recorded yet.
In practice an empty field signals a title that has not rolled out widely. Several KA-Gaming releases from 5 August 2026 have a name and a date but neither RTP nor volatility. Shan Hai Scrolls is the only one of that batch with a maximum win already on file, at 588x.
One special case is an ADJUSTED entry under volatility, as carried by Multi Plus from FBM-Digital-Systems. It denotes swing that the player can set inside the game, not a missing value.
The first RTP figure is not the final one
Many studios ship their games in several RTP configurations and let the operator choose. The value published first is usually the default build and can differ inside a specific casino.
Jungle Temple by Expanse-Studios, from 6 August 2026, shows an unusually high starting figure of 97.11 percent against a 2,500x maximum win. That pairing of strong return and a tight ceiling is typical of games with a dense hit distribution.
If the figure changes later, that is not an error in the listing but a sign that a second configuration is circulating. In those cases a look at the game window beats any database.
Read the ceiling and the return together
Gold Catcher by Spinberry, also from 6 August 2026, sits at the other end with 93.23 percent RTP and a 1,200x maximum win. Low return and a low ceiling together describe a game whose payout is flat and thin overall.
Chef Croco by ludoland, from 5 August 2026, lands between them at 96.5 percent RTP and a 10,000x maximum win. Only the pair of numbers allows a reading; either one alone says too little.
Week one is not a basis for judgement
The opinions circulating in the first days come from a few thousand spins. On a high-volatility game that is not even enough to estimate feature frequency roughly, let alone return.
Week one is useful for something else: you can see whether a studio is continuing a pattern. Amusnet-Interactive, for instance, followed up on 5 August 2026 with Rocket Trail at 97 percent RTP and medium volatility, while its own Candy Palace line sits in the same range at 96.31 and 96.45 percent.
Batches read the same way: Coin Flip Poseidon and Victory Clover, both from astriona-games, appeared on 6 August 2026 with 98 and 96 percent RTP. One studio, one day, two very different return figures.
How our new-releases list is built
The list pulls global releases daily and copies the fields verbatim, gaps included. Nothing is estimated and nothing is filled in, so that a blank entry stays recognisable as a blank entry.
As a result the new-releases column also carries titles with no connection to sweets, such as Multi Plus by FBM-Digital-Systems at 95.77 percent RTP, released 4 August 2026. The themed catalogue and the release feed are deliberately kept as two separate tracks.
If only sugar themes interest you, read the release feed by studio rather than by title. Amusnet-Interactive, for instance, appears in the catalogue with Candy Palace 1000 and Candy Dice while also showing up in the new-releases column.
How to approach a new release sensibly
Demo first, then the rules page, then the data sheet. In that order you find out fastest whether the description matches the actual game, and which fields are missing that you would need for your own read.
